The dehydrated garlic is harvested from certified farms, inspected, air-dried and grounded. The dehydration processing equipment includes steam continuous belt, tunnel, bin and microwave driers. The facilites and production process can meet the requirements of GMP and HACCP, and audited by FPA-Safe organization. These products meet FDA's health limit of Sulfites and residues left by agricultral pesticides and herbicides and meet ADOGA'S specification and Kosher certificated. These products shall be packaged, stored and shipped in good manufacturing practices.
